In international management consultancies (Mercer Management Consulting, Watson Wyatt) I have accompanied many change processes (M&A and change management) and recognized the importance of a strategic foundation and accompanying communication for the realignment. I acquired brand know-how in advertising (Economia) and branding agencies (Lothar Böhm) and in the group of Thorn EMI Electrola, where I was responsible for consumer-centric marketing and pan-European sustainability projects.
My second passion is Africa: growing up in South Africa and having a second home in Namibia, I am currently training as a safari guide to inspire others to discover the world, find their way back to nature, explore their own boundaries and authentic, unique experiences.
